Our extensive menu reflects the wide-ranging cuisine of Cantabria as well as other regions of Spain. My hometown of Santander on the Atlantic coast is famous for seafood and here we use Scottish catch in the same way. Scottish beef, pork and lamb we also prepare in our own way, but other ingredients like our expertly shaved Iberico ham and tasty chorizo can only come from Spain. As do our Chefs!
Be warned, some dishes may not be prepared how you expect as we insist on authenticity, but my well informed staff will happily discuss and advise on your choice. Vegetarian and Vegan options with a Spanish twist provide a choice for everyone.

You’re in Spain, so eat the Spanish way; order two or three dishes per person and share! Don’t order too many, you can always pick something else later.
A country as large and diverse as Spain produces a diverse range of wine styles to match our various dishes. Most of my wines are available by the glass so it’s easy to explore & experiment! We also have a choice of Spanish beers and spirits.
